I’m new to the whole picking out an engagement ring process. My boyfriend told me to start looking, but I’m very indecisive and I’m having a hard time finding one I want, since I want them all! Haha! So please post some pictures of your engagement ring on your finger, something in yellow gold with a round center would be great, but any ring is fine considering I’m not sure as to what I want! Post halos, antique, solitaire, whatever you have! I just need help finding something I’ll love forever!
(Also, if possible, post ring size, carat of center/entire ring, and whatever else you feel is necessary to post!)
Thanks So Much!

Mine’s an heirloom, but sort of fits your description. It was originally FIs mother’s. She had her wedding band soldered to it, so the entire set is my e-ring. I’ll be adding my own wedding band to it later.
It was resized to a 7 for me. 10k yellow gold, the center stone is .25c, probably .3tcw when you include the baguettes on the top/side.

I wasn’t sure what I liked either because I thought they all had beautiful aspects! But this is what helped me:
- Determine the features you do NOT like in order to narrow your search… You might not know until you try on a number of them.
- I thought I liked certain styles until I saw them on my finger in person. I’m a big Internet shopper, but I knew my ring was never going to be an online purchase.
- If you get to the final 2 or 3 and can’t decide, give your soon-to-be FI the opportunity to choose and surprise you when he proposes!

@Laurenskii: 18k or 14k rose gold?
I’ve been thinking of switching to rose from my white, and your ring is convincing me!

Surely! I have two engagement rings..
This is the one my fiance proposed with, a .75 center stone, TCW 1.4 finger size 6.5

this is my other ring, the stone is from my Fiances mother who passed away.
Its about a carat center I have no clue whats in the setting, size 6.5

0.75 carats, size 5 finger. The main thing about my ring is that I don’t really like the “traditional” placement of the 4 prongs so I had them put top, bottom, right, left instead of the two on each side of the diamond that is usually on a solitaire diamond.

Hi – I’m in love with my ring! I feel so lucky my amazing fiancé picked out the stone and the setting all by himself! It’s 1.51ct round, white gold setting with 8 diamonds on each side (.32 ct total for small diamonds)
