This is mine that seriously took me 2 days to come up with....
Here are mine that I posted a few days ago. The fabric will be a different material but the same colors, and the tables will be long enough to have two of these set ups end to end.
This was made with birch branches, river rock and luneria from www.save-on-crafts.com
These will be mine (feathers eee!!) these are the actual centerpieces that I am using...

We're doing goldfish in bowls. Instead of the grass at the bottom we're doing green and blue rocks, our colors. At the end of the night the guests can take them home.
Twista- not to be critical, but have you considered what you'll do with the fish if the guests don't take all of them? Using fish can be really tricky because its important to consider the needs of a living creature too. Make sure you have a good home set up for any that don't get taken. You've probably already know this, but talk to the pet store about how to de-chlorinate the water and be sure the temperatures are adjusted before you set them up in their bowls, or you'll have a lot of dead fish by the end of the night (or possibly even before the reception starts!)
@jellybean: I looooove lunaria! Thanks for posting... I just realized I have to find a place for lunaria in my wedding. It's so pretty & organic. Perfect for our mountain top wedding.
@twista - Please don't do goldfish. I went to a wedding with goldfish last summer and it was a disaster. My FI's little brother was grasping at the fish all night and threatening to swallow one. I know only about six of them survived longer than a day. No one had any way of taking them home, since they would just slosh out of the bowl if you took it with you in the car.
use food, get some three tiered serving dihes and add fruit or nuts, small veggies and dip, candy that matches your wedding color anything you want =)
@Twista: I know this is going to sound crazy, but you migh want to make sure none of your guests have a fear of fish. I do and if I was a guest and there was a fish staring at me I actually wouldn't be able to sit at the table the whole time.
I wish I had photo credit, we're doing centerpieces like this!

I'm also on the NO fish bandwagon, so I won't be using them (or any other live creature).
@Twista - I went to a wedding last summer where people were actually swallowing the goldfish centerpieces. Disgusting, and it disturbed a lot of people, which reflected badly on the bride/groom for making a poor choice. Just be careful.
