I'm looking for bridesmaid dresses, and man they're expensive! I don't want my bridesmaid to spend that much money on a gown (I feel guilty really)

Do any of you kiwi bees know of a good place to get bridesmaid dresses for under $150 NZD?

I'm looking for something like this in particular (in size 14)

Good to know I'm not the only one with sticker shock! I saw the price of typical BM dresses yesterday and almost choked!

I am considering going the dressilyme route (was going to buy my dress off there, but last min my mom wanted to buy it for me). They have a ton of dresses like that and you can customize colour and size. All the dresses are under $115 (for the most part) with $30 for shipping to Canada from China, so I'm assuming it would be around the same.

The other option would be to go to formal dress shops that sell prom dresses, etc, and see if you can find a similar style there for a better price. You might be able to find something similar, but would have to compromise on colour.

Looks ok to me, above is some reviews... Plus they have a store in Sydney so at least you have a physical place to contact etc if you need to and they would have to follow Australian fair trading laws...

@cabnolen: No worries my whole wedding party is being dressed via the internet so i have been doing a lot of review searching hahaha
