Sorry the pics aren't clear, I really should do more updates looking ones

I'm doing something very similar to this:

Only I will have champagne colored table cloths with, plum colored table runners. I'll be doing the votives as well, but they will be purple. I'll also be scattering (fake) fall leaves around the pumpkin.

Ours are very affordable. Our napkins will be brown instead of the red in the pic.
It is 3 large vases with large floating candles. We have little fake diamonds and rose petals (the ones in the pic are fake). Our candles last 9 hours.
In total, each centre pieces will cost $10 to $11 each. We are hoping to make up at least some money by re-selling the vases afterwards.
okay no sure why my description did not post with this.
This is a very raw sample of what we are doing. We are having a Baltimore themed wedding and each table is going to be a neighborhood in baltimore. The lit up side is going to say the neighborhood name and the opposing side is going to have a picture of the neighborhood that my fiance is taking. Th florist is going to do a small floral display if viking flowers (they look like very small sunflowers).
Frames from the Dollar Store = 4$ per center piece
Lights from Joann Fabrics 9$ for 12 (but you can always find 40% coupons)= 1.5$ per center pice
Vellum 5$ for a pack of 50 pages = .33 per center piece
Picture from shutterfly 1$ each (again you can always find a coupon code = 2$ per center piece
Floral Display = 10$ per center piece
Total per center Piece = 18$
No too bad is you want my opinion
this is the mock up at the florist (hence the flower case in the background!). they will be on long tables with white table cloths and burlap runners. inside the lanterns/cages, we'll have candles. they're different, but i LOVE them!
Here's my mockup, though it may be too tall for you with the curly willow (could easily be shortened). Do pumpkins count as fruit? ;)

@lwilliams107: LOVE your second picture!
Hey there my fellow October ladies :) I love the little pumpkins, I brought it up to my fiance a couple months ago and he wasn't game for it :( I am trying to include him in it, and this is one of those things we decided to agree upon. They are so cute though!
@MrsE.ToBe :O. M. G. That is cool. I have NEVER seen anything like that. Where's your venue? I like the burlap runner , it's very naturey. ((haha is that a word? ))
@sbharkness83: That is suprising, I thought doing a frame centerpiece would be at least 30$ a table. How creative of you.
We are having black cube vases with light pink floating candles in them and silver letters on the side.
doing DIY cake stand centerpieces with lace wrapped votives around the bases for my vintage wedding reception (inspo pic below). not having table numbers, however.

@Anniebo: thank you!! we're getting married at a summer camp for at risk youth (i like the idea of the $$ going toward a good cause, it makes me feel a little better about spending so much on a wedding). very rustic and they have an old barn, we'll also be having a tent outside.
@anne B: LOVE these! so pretty!!
this isn't the greatest picture, but it was mostly greenery to keep the cost down:)
We kept ours very simple. We just went with what the venue had, and I am very glad that we didn't spend the extra money to do our own because during dinner the guests moved the ones that were on the table so that they could see each other. And I think that the venues were quite nice too and with the DIY napkins, favors, menus, and dinnerware, I think that what we had was just enough :-)
Here are a couple of pictures of what we ended up with.
Ours were different variations of this at each table. Simple, pretty, and budget-friendly! :)

This is a pic of a mock up of one of our 2 centerpieces. Ours will have pink and red flower heads strewn over the slice and skinnier candle.

These are my inspiration pics. We are putting about 8 mason jars per table, with candles in each. Total cost per table ~10 without the flower petals.
Ours will be similar to the one below. However, we will have a clear vase with teal sea glass at the bottom and the small votive holders/candles will match the bigger vase. Oh, and the hydrangias will be dyed/sprayed teal to match our colors.

$6 vases from save-on-crafts, sitting on $4 colored glass plates from cb2.com. Filled with sand, pillar candle and colored starfish from orientaltrading.com. Surrounded by four $1 votives from quickcandles.com, sitting on $1 mini glass plates from cb2.com. Total cost per "tablescape" was about $25.
