Hm…odd one. I wonder if you O’d a day or so before your crosshair, and if AF is on her way (because of this second dip) now. It may be nothing and just some odd temperatures, but it does look like because of the two decreases the past two days that AF may be on her way.

I wouldn’t worry about the first temp dip post-O — you have to look at the big picture and understand that a single high or low temp doesn’t mean much without the context of all the other ones, and you definitely have a temperature pattern indicating that you ovulated. But with regards to the lower temperatures now, and looking your previous months chart, it looks like AF is on the way.. Sorry 🙁

It looks to me like you did O, although I’m not sure what the dips mean. Earlier this cycle, around the itme I usually O, I had all the symptoms and a temp rise but had some dips and realised I did not O (but then I did later in the cycle) and my chart looked WAY different from yours. Lots more dips, and not a clear biphasic pattern. Yours is clearly biphasic. I second PP in that you may have O’d a day earlier than your crosshairs say,and this could mean AF is on her way. Or, at 10dpo, it could be an implantation dip. Good luck!! 🙂

I’d say it’s possible you O’ed on 12/25. Did you have any CM?

Its a shame you don’t have more data cause its looking more & more like you O-ed on christmas! Its weird though cause your previous chart was a slower rise. Do you have some older charts you could share?

Hmm… this looks like you O’d on Christmas! I would wait a few days and see how your temps are… But this looks pretty promising 🙂 Yay! It’s always so nice to feel like you’re finally moving along in a weird cycle.

@NowandLater:  Wow I haven’t seen anything like this, and I look at many charts. My theory is like other bees mentioned that you ovulated around Christmas. Now, I can tell you that your lower temps are a good indication that ovulation was about to occur. Our bodies know what is coming, and it prepares itself. Hoping is not a temp spike related to drinking, we can be confident that it means you ovulated on 12/25. My temps also tendo to go up and down prior to ovulation but it becomes clear that they gradually go down before ovulation happens. All is there left to do is wait. Good luck!

@NowandLater:  Have you just gotten off BC?  Your cycles seem to be kind of long and irregular.  Mine are like this too and I just stopped taking BC in late Sept.  I read on FF that if your chart is super zig-zaggy and looks like a montain range, then you may not be ovulating.

Also, your September chart has a lot of hollow dots.  When a dot isn’t filled in, it means that something in your data could be inconclusive/inaccurate.  For example, you took your temperature at a different time.  If you always take your temp at the same time, be sure to enter this time in FF when you enter your temp.  I’ve noticed that FF will set the time for whatever the current time is when you enter data.  So if you enter the data later in the day, make sure to re-set the time to the morning when you actually took the temp.

If you’re TTC, you shouldn’t drink at all.  Especially if you’re irregular, you never know when you’ll ovulate and get pregnant.  Alcohol can hurt your eggs even before you conceive.  It’s best to be on the safe side and avoid alcohol 100% of the time if you’re actively TTC and don’t want to take any chances that it will affect your baby.
