I’m using these colors too, with some hints of teal mixed in as well. I’ll be excited to see the pictures!

These are my colors as well. I obviously don’t have any reception pics yet but this is a mockup of my centerpiece idea, which incorporates plum and a brighter orange (pumpkin orange, obviously!) I’ll probably lose the runner for my final version.

Did you see my reply from yesterday?  I also sent you a personal message.  I can tell you where I got those colors.  🙂

Awesome! I’m doing plum, burnt orange and red for our wedding! Here’s a draft of our invited. Sorry about the size. Also, the area with the black design on the invite is going to have purple added to it later. We’re going for a blend of Moroccan and Art Deco… if that makes any sense! Hence the colorful designs, Moroccan lanterns, with art deco fonts. Oh, and it’s taking place in an art deco theatre.

They weren’t my colors, but I love them especially for fall! A couple of boards:

My colours too 🙂

Anyone with these colours, have you had any people look at you with disgust when they can’t picture the colour combo? I have been getting that a lot. It’s all beautiful in my head though and I know it’s a great combo!

@rosesarered: No one has really looked at me in disgust but I can tell some people don’t really “get it.” I try to avoid talking my colors and theme whenever possible because I know most people aren’t going to be nearly as excited about it as I am.

@iheartnerds:That’s probably a better way to put it although there definitely have been people who have looked at me like it’s not the greatest colour combo (I disagree :)). You’re right, though, most people aren’t going to be nearly as excited as us about our colours.

I’ve been thinking of a similar color palette as well – such lovely colors. I love warm fall hues but I don’t necessarily want it to feel too obvious and cliche so I’m having a tough time narrowing down my vision.
