Most dept stores sell special occasion dresses that are cheaper and better quality than bridesmaid dresses. Otherwise check the bridesmaid section at http://dressfinder.com for ideas as they have links to every dress designer. Are you on a limited budget? If so, the dept stores will be your best bet and they don't have to be identical as long as they are the same color, length, etc.
My sister is a curvy girl and she got her dress at David's. It looks fantastic on her. I'll see if I can find it.
I'm having my girls go to Nordstrom since they have more plus sizes than places like J. Crew. I'm not having them go to David's because I personally hated my David's BM dress, but I think some of them are better than others!

My sister liked me in this one at DB...without the shawl and straps...I was looking busted that day so I cropped off my head =) Those hands in the pic belong to my daughter. The dress was too big up top so she was holding it in so we could get the full affect...LOL.

My MOH is considered plus size and has a very large chest. (I hope that doesn't sound rude! She will tell you that herself lol) We got her dress at David's Bridal and when she put it on it looked like she lost twenty pounds! She loves it and it looks great on her. I don't have a pic of it but here is a link to the dress. The straps are wide enough so she can wear a normal bra which was important to her.

I need to find a few sites for my 2 BM's to look at. Is there any other good one's besides David's? It doesn't even need to be a bridal dress since the wedding is in May on the beach.
