Anniebananii:  Just saw the pictures of your dress (gorgeous, btw!) I cant tell if it has a corset back or not, but if it does, you likely wont need a bra. I’m an E cup and I didnt need anything under my dress.

A few suggestions for you that might help!

First, I would take some time and see if you’re wearing your true bra size. Wearing a correctly fitting bra can do awesome things for both the support and comfort of your boobs. I suggest checking out and use their calculator with measurements you take yourself. They also have a handy list of tips for how to tell if your bra fits, and the community is super helpful for recommendations.

Once you’ve found a size, the next step is to find the bra. I suggest browsing through the Bratabase  ( here is the page for 46D: ) which can show you bras in your size as well as a handy list of bra makers that make your size. A lot of these will be European bra makers, and I think you’ll have a lot more luck finding your size with those companies than the regular American bra companies like VS. I would suggest ordering some online from Amazon or somewhere else that you can get free/cheap returns so you can play around to find one that fits and is comfortable.

Best of luck!

I would check online. There are a lot of options that will accommodate your size. The tricky thing will be sizing. I’m typically a 42 C/D, but I needed a 44B in a strapless bustier. It was harder to find a smaller cup size in even specialty stores. For that reason, be sure to check the return policy of any online vendor in case the one you pick doesn’t work and also check reviews of the product you are interested in to see if they offer sizing tips. I think it’s pretty common to require a larger band but smaller cup. I think I ended up getting mine at, but there are others such as and think there is one called You can Google it and other options.

You may also want to Google if there are any specialty bra stores in your area. These stores are typically mom and pop shops and may not be well known.

If there is a David’s Bridal near you, that may be another option. They usually stick bigger bras.
