do you get zulilly emails? it one of those deal alerts that put together collections of items. Zulilly focuses on women and kids mostly and they often have plus sized maternity shops.

I was able to find a fine enough collection for a maternity-wardrobe from Motherhood. I have heard some women have luck with Old Navy too, but there isn’t one with a maternity section anywhere close to me so I have no first hand experience. It seemed limited, but there are cute options out there 🙂  I wear a size 20 normally.

@PumpkinSpiceChai:  I will mention one thing that might seem kind of silly, but it is worth thinking about…

I bought a few pair of jeans from Motherhood (all were comfortable and fit well on me), some had dark belly panels, and one pair had flesh tone (the idea was I could wear it under light colored shirts), but as I started getting “bigger” in that area, normal maternity t-shirts didn’t QUITE reach the bottom of the panel, and I felt really self conscious about the flesh tone peeking out underneath – I was paranoid people would just assume it was my actual stomach hanging out and that bothered me. So I preferred the dark panels personally. But I am sure I was overthinking it! Embarassed

Motherhood maternity has a nice plus size collection. They also just launched a jessica simpson plus size collection a little more fashion forward. Really cute stuff, they always have sales or coupons out.

I’ve always had good luck with OneStopPlus.com and Roamans.com.  Both offer maternity clothing.

I shopped at Old Navy & Target. Didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on clothes I would only   wear for 3-6 months (based on the seasons) so I just couldnt do motherhood maternity. Hubby noticed and suggested to his parents they should get me a motherhood maternity gift card for Christmas. I ended up getting some work pants & dresses, and seriously lived in 1 of the pairs from there.

I was about an 18 before getting pregnant and gained weight a bit at first to be more 20/22 before it became obviously “baby” and not just “fat.” And I’m TALL (just shy of 6′.) I’ve done best with selecting carefully at Old Navy and Target for basics. I also got jeans at JCPenney online and Motherhood Maternity. Nothing’s been awful so far, but none of it is really awesome. But I’m not normally this large in general either, so I think my own attitude is coloring things a bit…

I was worried about this as well, being a size 18 bottoms before pregnancy (much less on top).

But I am just fine now with a lot of business attire pants from Destination Maternity, a lot of dresses from asos that I wear with leggings.

Don’t worry, there’s a lot of options!

PS: I’m in my second trimester at 23 weeks now.

I was an 18 pre-pregnancy (still am). I was at Thyme Maternity yesterday and they had some XXL capris (their “plus size”) and they fit great! I got 3 pairs!

I’ve tried Old Navy, their selection sucks. I tried Zulily, since everyone keeps talking about it, they didn’t have anything plus size. Their plus-size regular clothes weren’t that great and weren’t that cheap.

Sometimes I still just get plus-size tops from regular plus-size stores and they fit 🙂
