I hear ya! I managed to to the gym at the start of the week but the last four days, nope! And I wont be going over the weekend. I find I just dont have the energy to do anything

Not only do I NOT want to work out (something I hate anyway) but I mostly just want to eat (really healthy things…like chocolate chips straight out of the bag) and feel like I’ve been hit by a truck because I’m so tired I can barely get through the work day. I also have a annoying habit of picking stupid fights with my FH during this time…who very patiently knows what’s going on and that I will be crying apologies to him a few minutes later. So, amen sister. This thread made me laugh!

Ditto to all of the above!  Why oh why did I decide the day before I got my period that I was going to give up fast food and soda cold turkey!?!  My FI is really lucky he works nights, lol.

I feel the same way when im PMSing.. and it bugs me that FI doesn’t understand why i dont want to go to the gym.. i told him to put a oversized diaper on and try to work out lol
