We ordered the pocketfold kits from carsandpockets.com.  We are DIYing our invitations since my Fiance is a graphic designer.  We only ordered 50, and I think it came out to ~$3/invite.  I think they do priniting too, I’m just not sure of the price.

I ordered mine from paperandmore.com. I looked ALL over for the cheapest pocketfolds, because I wanted to DIY but found the prices for just the pocket so expensive. This was the cheapest site I found, under $1 a piece. They even have all of the other types of paper for the inserts for you to buy! They can cut it if you want (I’m cutting my own) I highly recommend the linen A7 pocketfold and the Pearl White Pearlescent Metallic paper, you can print in it beautifully! Best of all, samples are only $.50-1.00 with $1.00 flat shipping! Awesome! I got the matching outer and RSVP envelopes from them too (pearl white).
