I would still include accomodations/booking info. You can also do an itinerary card instead of a reception card.
Thank you!!! That is an awesome idea....we are doing breakfast for everyone one morning and a small reception after getting back on the boat, so we could add that in too.
Thanks!
In addition to an agenda, how about some history/background/travel info on your destination? Particularly for those who are staying at the hotel, local activities and fun restaurants could be helpful.
Thank you so much for the suggestions! We incorporated all of your thoughts and we think this (the attached) is the final. The paper and such that we choose has just enough shimmer to notice and not to blind you. :) The light blue "S" matches the matting and the RSVP envelope, while the text color is a dark blue to match the main pocket. The yellowish-orange palm tree is just bringing in another color....since the girls will have tropical flowers in their bouquets. The print will also be a bit better since we're having a local printing company do it (as you can see our printer just destroys the job).
We need to change the seashell to blue on our RSVP card and review the content one last time - but this might be it!

Well my fiancee and I are doing a cruise wedding in the Caribbean, in that we are cruising with some of our guests to the island, getting off and married on the beach, a little reception, then back on the boat and continuing on. Some of our guests are staying at the hotel we are getting married at.
With that being said, we picked out pockets and paper for our own DIY invitations. We really like the idea we came up with (the tan pic is the full view, but the blue pic is our actual colors).
Here's where we need the help - We have no idea what to put in the side pocket! We know the RSVP card/envelope is a given, but what about the other two enclosures? We ruled out a map or directions, since our guests will either be taken to the resort by taxi (if flying down) or by bus (if coming on the cruise). Booking information is also off the list since we have sent out our web address, a newsletter and a reminder post card with that info on it (we sent out our save the dates just over a year in advance given the wedding venue).
So this leaves us with absolutely no possibilities. We know there has to be something to put in there - but I believe we're to the point now that we just cant think of anything because we're thinking too hard :) We would appreciate any thoughts or feedback!
