I have only seen them glued, but a glue dot or two would hold it fine.  I don’t think that you have to glue them, but it would be easier to keep the whole thing together.

In the pocketfolds I’ve received, there has definitely been som method of securing the invite to the actual pocketfold. I’m not sure whether they used glue, tape, or those fancy zots that people tend to like, but it definitely was secured into place. I hope this was helpful!

I just made mine and I used Zip Dry glue.  It was awesome!  A little goes a LONG way, and you get a few seconds to position if need be.  You can get it at Michael’s.

I used my Advanced Tape Glider(ATG) gun. I got it from michaels, its a little pricey, but I had it already from doing scrapbooking. Michaels always has a coupon too. But my ATG gun made it so fast and easy to adhere all of my invites to the pocketfolds. It’s pretty much a gun that puts down double sided tape. Many framers use a heavy duty version of it.
