I’m looking for shoes for my traditional Chinese dress, which I’ll wear during the Chinese tea ceremony. I’ll need to serve tea and kneel down, so it’s important for me to wear comfortable shoes.
My dress will look like the picture below. (It’s not me, but my dress is exactly the same one.)
So far, I’ve found two pairs of pumps which fit my need. The two pairs have almost the same color and prices.
1). Christian Louboutin: I think it looks better than the other one, but it’s a little bit less comfortable because the pointed toes are a little bit too narrow for my feet.
2). Prada: Because of the platform, it’s almost as comfortable as flats. But it doesn’t look as good as the Christian Louboutin because of the platform…
It’s difficult for me to pick because they are super similar but have different pros and cons. What do you think? Or do you have any shoes that you’d like to recommend to me?
Thank you for your time and help!

I think the platform looks just as good as the CLs and comfort is a definite win in my book, especially if you plan on wearing them again after the wedding.

I would really vote for comfort, I spent so many years wearing shoes for looks and let me tell you I nam paying for it now. Your feet are too important, get shoayah that fit well and are comfortable your feet will love you for it.

I like the platform look better, plus it’s more comfortable!

@Ringer101: why not the CL Decollete? It comes in the same color as the one pictured above and the toe isn’t nearly as pointy. I own 3 pairs of the décolleté (embarrassingly) – I find them to be comfortable.
I also like the Shelley peep toe. CL carries that color shoe in nearly ever style they make.

I love the Prada they are so gorgeous and if they are comfy then that’s awesome! I tried on louboutin as well and they were so uncomfortably narrow and harsh angle for the ankle! I always wanted them but after trying them on went for jimmy choo….and I love them! Glitter, gorgeous and so comfortable!

Frankly I think the prada ones are better looking and will compliment your dress better anyway.
