MrsSpagan:  I say belt! It’s gorgeous and when I see you in your dress without it, I feel like the belt is missing.

    It is a gorgeous dress!

Pretty belt! I voted wear it. Any pics of you with the belt on the dress?

I would wrap it around your bouquet handle or something. The dress is beautiful, but I it has enough going on and will look more timeless without the belt.

Belts/sashes are really in right now and all the brides want one with their dress. Honestly, I like it better without it. You’re right, it cuts you in half and the dress flows better without it. If you want to use it for something else, maybe fashion it into a headpiece?

Just for the reception.  I feel like belts cut people off & you have such a beautiful long & lean figure.  I don’t like how the belt interrupts that elegant flow. So put the belt on for the reception to add a slightly different look.

I think your gown, and the overall effect, is so much more stunning without the belt. Your figure looks amazing in it and I think the belt actually detracts from that.

I think your dress looks great without the belt. The belt takes away from the dress in my opinion.

I love it both ways! What about with belt/without belt for ceremony/reception (or vice versa)?

Could you wear it as a headband?  I can’t tell how long the beaded part is, but I think that might be really beautiful!

I love it without the sash! I personally feel that the sash is a little too heavy for your dress. It’s your dress and your day — if you love it, wear it! If not, you look lovely without.

MrsSpagan:  I agree it flows really well without the belt. And your dress is so classically gorgeous and has beautiful detailins, so it doesn’t really need it! Maybe use it in your hair or on your bouquet?
