I lean towards the neutral/floral but its really a matter of what you love and what will work best in your venue. Perhaps you should include some more details.

I also voted for the neutrals option. Black and white is lovely, but the neutrals might give you that softer, more feminine look if that's what you're going for. Also, this is kind of a side note, I was a BM in a black and white wedding in the summer and we were obviously wearing black dresses... It was soooooo hot! Everyone was really really warm that day. Neutrals might be kinder on everyone in the wedding party...
