my venue is a small romantic church followed by a hotel in cyprus( greek island)
im a size 6 usa size but size 10 uk size ..no photos currently but i have tried all three … My inexperienced first bridal shopping appointment was not successful photographic wise !! Hahah
Cyprusdelight: If I had to pick one I would pick 2. It was a toss up between 2 & 3 but the rosette type bottom of 2 seem a tab bit more romantic then the bottom of 3. 1 (for me) is not a option since it has the large pick-up in the front which would seem slightly more costume like then the other 2.
If this was your first results for trying on dresses maybe shop a little more and explore options, then compare to these ones.
I actually tried on the first one and LOVED it. It was seriously gorgeous and it comes with a one shoulder strap with flowers on it. I wanted a ballgown though. But out of those 3, that one is definitely my favorite.
I say number 2 iI like the ruffles on the bottom a lot!
KingsDaughter: Astra: Lululinz285: AdaLee: thankyou for all your kind comments… I think it might be number two.. Just going for a setting time to try it on but good to here my favourite seems to be the favoured option by you all 🙂
AdaLee: i do agree the first is stunning but maybe not for me..might change my mind when i next try it on again hahha
Does it matter to the church whether you have a strapless dress? Just wondering, because I know some churches (especially Catholic and Orthodox) have rules about that. If you will need to add sleeves/straps/a bolero, it might be helpful to keep that in mind when picking the dress.
Out of those, I prefer #2, but none are really my taste.
I like the 2nd dress better, but is hard to give advise without pictures of you in the dress.
These are all very grand dresses for the type of venue you are describing. I don’t know if any of them really fit that vision well but I do like number 1.
