I love my moonroof!  So as long as I liked the color, I’d go with that.

I’d get the moonroof. Our car is black and constantly looks dirty but I’m not obsessive about keeping my car clean (on the outside)

I love my sunroof- I’ve never heard of a moonroof though! lol

We mainly use it to keep the car cool in the summer when we’re running errands.

I personally don’t care for moonroofs. Too many problems with them leaking.

I have a moonroof and I never ever use it. The idea of having one seems pretty cool, but I’ve never really been driving in a situation and wanted to use it. Most of the time I forget it’s even there.

@risingsun:  really? These days? I’ve had two cars that had a moonroof and neither ever leaked. My current car doesn’t have one because we couldn’t afford it, but something like leaking never factored into the equation.

OP, I’d probably get the moonroof since it seems it’s in your budget. I love them.

@BuffaloDots:  You probably have a moonroof unless you car is really old. A moonroof is glass so you can have it completely closed with the fabric covering the window, or closed but see-through, or open all the way. A sunroof is opaque and has to be open for you to see the sky.

Ive had a moonroof that leaked on an easy clean car and no no moonroof on a white car.

Youre not leasing are you?  It is a purchase?  Go with blue!

I wouldn’t splurge for a moonroof. Don’t think they are worth it. I have had problems in the past with the seals for moonroof/sunroof drying out and it raining in the car literally, and was very difficult to get fixed once the car is 7+ years old as parts get discontinued.

I love having a moon roof and that was something I needed when I bought my car. I also “needed” leather. But when I bought I did not get my leather and I’m ok with it. And I don’t use my moon roof that often:/ but I do enjoy it.

I have a moonroof and I never use it. BUT I like having it because I feel less closed in.

I’d say unless you have a true love for one, skip it.
