If the ceremony is more towards the evening I would go with the lanterns.  If it is during the day I would go with the pomanders (but I think the peacock feather needs to be rearranged on it so it looks more coheasive)  I hope that helps!

I would go with the lanterns then.  It will give it a very romantic feel with a glow during the setting sun.

Maybe you could use the pomanders to designate the family or reserved aisles?  You could always use the ones you make for another place.

The lanterns will go with the theme because they still have the color.  If you are worried about bringing in the peacock “look” you could always weave the feather into the top of the lanterns, so it still has that “peacock theme” and feel.

You are right ๐Ÿ˜‰  Only us brides notice the anal details about our own weddings.  Most people will be like, “What?  There was stuff at the end of the chairs/pews?  I don’t remember that.”

@NYshoppingirl:  Oh gosh, the peacock ribbon would be perfect!  I’d try to go that route if you can.  It will look gorgeous.  ๐Ÿ™‚

Google peacock ribbon-I can’t post the link on our workplace computers

I  too would use the lanterns as you said in your other post you couldn’t really see yourself making any more pomanders.

Using the ones you do have on the cake table would look great.

If I did hang  the pomanders, I would insert the feather so it hangs down at the bottom of the pomander.

I like the lanterns ๐Ÿ™‚ plus it won’t take you 80 hours to do lanterns!
