Do you do fresh or frozen?

Regardless, I either boil them or steam them!

you can never go wrong w/ garlic mashed potatoes and green beans!

Oh, and to compliment your pork chops, be sure to have some applesauce for dipping, YUM!

@heathaah: I have to share my greenbean recepie. My husband loves them! Use fresh greenbeans, cut off the ends, boil water and throw them in for 2-3mins. Then drain them and throw them in a skillet w/ just a little evoo. Add garlic salt (or fresh garlic) and sautee for 2 mins. Take out and add just a little bit of grated parm cheese and toss.

They come out firmer, and have that slight crisp consistency 🙂

I second sweet potatoes.  One recipe I make is a can of apple pie filling in the bottom of a crockpot, pork chops and then sweet potatoes (and possibly onions).

evoo= extra virgin olive oil

I think roasted red potatos or garlic mashed potatos along with some steamed asparagus would be really good with pork chops!

I’ve never had pork chops w/o applesauce 🙂

mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin, or the sweet potatoes you’re thinking of too.  Also I love creamed spinach with pork.  Yummm.
