Only the Aveda Institute (the school) in the Pearl– they do updos and make-up relatively inexpensively… You might want to give them a try, just to see what they can do; skill levels vary widely though, so maybe try a few of the students until you find someone who can do what you want.  I would NOT recommend Paul Mitchell School for make-up though (hair is all right….)

I also thought that Nicole, while her work is amazing-is far too much for my budget. I have heard that going to a beuty school is a great way to go. I also just talked to my girlfried who is getting married in 2 weeks, and she said she went to Sephora and they helped craft a look for her and made fabulous makeup recommendations, so I may check that out. Its free, so it can’t hurt. I have adult acne and flaky skin so I have multiple issues and I never wear makeup. Ugg, its a confusing world in cosmetics!
