@Annushka: Have you looked into McMenamin's Edgefield? not sure about size for your wedding, but it's certainly unique and beautiful.
I sent you a PM but I got married at Edgefield and had the reception at Vista House. Multnomah lodge is also rentable, as is the view point inn. (I would google the reviews of the viewpoint inn before you sign anything with them though)
one of my friends is getting married in cecil green park up at UBC, and it's gorgeous and would be perfect for a small wedding like that! Definitely look into it, I believe that it's quite affordable as well!
we are having a small wedding as well and i was looking referred to 'the vibrant table' catering. they actually have a loft space that you can rent out. i think if you spend over $1500 they wave a fee, but if your under it's $300 for a block of time. we ended up going to a hotel instead, but the loft space was nice, lots of light!
good luck!
I very much wanted to get married at Leach Botanical Gardens. It's a lovely wood-paneled house that sits on 16 acres of beautiful gardens. There's a stone patio for outdoor weddings. And the rental price is fantastic. Unfortunately, our wedding got to big to have a sit down dinner in the space but it might be perfect for your event. http://www.leachgarden.org/

We seem to have a really hard time finding a nice venue for our small wedding in Portland, OR. We will have about 20 guests, and were hoping to find something classy, may be with live piano music, dimmed lights in the evening or a lot of windows (natural light) in the daytime. Any ideas? we are searching high and low...nothing has that intimate cozy feel...
Thanks for your input!
