@IzzyBear:  That would be super easy to make. I’d just buy the brooch for 12.00 and then a comb which shouldn’t be more that a couple of dollars. The best glue is E6000 glue….I used it for strassing my shoes and works great on metals as well. I think I paid like 5.00 for the glue. You would be into it for prob 20.00 after buying everything!

@IzzyBear:  I ordered mine from ebay for a huge tube of it….but you will only need a very small amount. You should be able to get it there too but might have to buy it in a larger tube

Here ya go….1.99 plus 1.99 shipping and it will save you a trip!

E6000 is a really great glue but if you’re worried that the brooch might not be secure, you can use silver wire and weave it between the small holes.

@IzzyBear:  Sally Beauty Supply had a few nice hair combs that were very reasonably priced (under $25, I believe). I’d pop in a store and check them out! Also, Michael’s has some as well (though a little pricey). Check Icing if you have a store near you – there stuff is affordable as well.

Making it yourself works too, but I don’t have anything to add in that department.
