Well I live in an apartment and my mom probably wouldn’t be happy if I were to post a picture of her house, but where I am in Florida now everything is just so concrete and generic looking! Palm trees and pavement.. it’s just not my look! We’re moving to Baltimore in three weeks (as is my mom) and her new home there is just so beautiful. It is old (but the insides have been udpated) and it just has such a classic American feel with bricks and beautiful white flowers out front. I was just in South Carolina at the end of June in a neighborhood called Daniel Island. There are some gorgeous mansions and large homes there and most of them are modeled after Southern plantations with a modern twist. Many of them even had lanterns as their porch lights with actual fire (though I’m sure the on/off is electric).

@MrsMaskatoBe:  Your house is gorgeous! I’ve been watching your updates on FB 🙂

I’m jealous, I mean I love our home but it doesn’t look nearly as gorgeous as a lot of bee’s that I’ve seen.

Ours is a semi-detached in Milton, ON. I have a pic from right before we moved in, it’s got beautiful flowers in front now and we’ve fixed up the driveway a lot.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, almost finished basement. No garage but a huge backyard and the previous owner hand built a beautiful wood shed.

@Serey:  LOVE your house. This is exactly what we are going to be looking at for our next home.  We figured we would start small and have a baby in this home. When the next baby comes we’ll start looking to upgrade.

Ya’ll all have such cute houses!  We’ve been focusing our reno efforts inside, and the outside has gotten neglected… The outside is the next thing on our to do list though.

Ours! In Canada. We love the floor plan and how open it is. I also love the new paint I’ve done everywhere – chocolate browns/caramels.

@Pinkmoon:  You saved me from posting a picture!  lol I had tried just using one from the builder anyway.  Add a peak onto the garage and change the colours and that’s our house.

I love the island in the kitchen, it’s huge and has a breakfast bar.  I also love our ensuite, there’s a jet-free soaker tub, and a decent sized shower.
