I had no idea it was tonight! Party on, bees, party on!

Edit: what's your favorite "ethnic" cuisine and why?

I LOVE indian food! For real, it's seriously amazing and I don't know why I didn't start eating it sooner. All my friends in high school were Indian and their parents would have been a great resource to learn how to cook it. There are so many varieties of flavors and combinations of textures you can put together.

I'm post-a-thoning while CSI is on in the background... I set my DVR to record it, and now all that it records is CSI.  Wow how much fricking CSI is out there in the world!

My favorite non-American food is Thai.  Yum, yum, yum.  I could eat it every day, every night.  Plus, I love eating with chopsticks.   :)

Mexican! I swear I was born just a little bit too far north of the border sometimes. My whole family was born loving anything spicy. Actually I like any cuisine that has a kick to it.

I love Pakistani/Indian food! But I'm also a huge fan of Thai, and, unlike my other strong food flavor preferences, sushi. I can eat raw salmon all day. Well, not really, but you get the idea. :)

@marigold- I think eating it all day would make you so, so sick, lol! I took a friend for her first sushi roll and she realized it was raw about halfway into her third bite... oooh the look on her face was priceless and I still feel bad for not giving her the heads-up, she was ill from the thought!

Is it bad that I don't really care for Mexican food? I can just never get into it unless it's Chipotle!

Does Italian food count?  If so thats mine haha.  Otherwise I love Greek food too (not sure if that counts either).  Im not a spicy food person and I find that a lot of ethnic foods are too spicy for me.

Greek food is pretty fabulous, too!

@honeybun: I couldn't do raw for a long time--I always got deep-fried, spicy CA rolls. ;) I don't remember why I finally decided to try it, but after a few tries it was pretty much my favorite thing ever. But it has to be really, really good quality, because bleh raw fish can be pretty disgusting! I've had a few experiences turn me off of it for months at a time. Then I just go somewhere good again and feel better. ;)

Actually Mexican food is also great. I'm trying to think if there is an ethnic cuisine I don't love...! Maybe Italian isn't at the top of my list, but I do love a good fettucine alfredo.
