The next one is tomorrow (Tuesday)!

We're trying an experiment where we have post-a-thons once a week... what do you guys think?

I would love a weekly post-a-thon, especially since I'm going to be gone all evening and want another in which to participate!

Yah we usually start them at 7 pm... :-)

How should we schedule them... should we just rotate the post-a-thons on successive days, each week?

So this week would be Tuesday... next week Wednesday... then Thursday... etc.

That sounds like a good idea. Would you just be doing a weekday rotation, or including weekends as well? I guess it depends on how many posters there are on weekends vs. weekdays. :p

The boards usually seem dead on weekends... I'd be talking to myself. ;)

Maybe having a post-a-thon on the weekend would liven up the boards so you don't have to talk to yourself marigold, lol. Wink

@marigold: Maybe we could get two post-a-thon threads going at the same time again - like on Friday LOL - and then you could ask yourself a question on one board and reply on the other.

I thought one post-a-thon was hard to keep up with - 2 was killer!! Smile

I don't really understand the point of post-a-thons.  Aren't we all just on here everyday anyways?

The boards become more like a chat room rather than discussion boards, Its fun to do every now and then cause more bees are on at one time! You get better responses

I like the idea of weekly Post-A-Thons.  I always feel guilty if I can't make it when there is one, but this way, they would happen more often.  If I missed one, I'd just pick it back up next week. :)

I would love a post-a-thon that is earlier in the day. I know it's not so practical but there is a collection of Europeans (and South Africans) on here, maybe we could do one once a month or so that starts at 5pm EST ?
