I just had a baby in November!!! YAY she's amazing but I am having a little bit of a tough time trying to figure out where I should start to begin my workouts. I know I shouldn't over do it and  I don't want to hurt myself but I want to look amazing on my day in July! Any suggestions?~

You should get your doctor's okay before you start an exercise regime. And your doctor should have some suggestions for you. When I had my kids, my doctor gave me some exercise sheets with instructions.

It's a great idea to talk to your doctor... but also, many trainers have experience working with post partum mamas!

First of all TAKE IT EASY! Im not sure if you had a c section or vaginal birth but either one still dont over do it. I had a c section and my doc said after 6 weeks I could start running again. (and i had a very scary and tramatic pregnancy/delivery) so im sure you could run. I know its hard the first time you go shopping for jeans after you have a baby. Can you say DEPRESSING???? Just know your body does NOT look as bad as you might feel it does! But DO start working out now or else in the next few months you'll start gaining more weight as your extra baby skin becomes fat. Try running 1 mile a night. Thats what I did. Or just go for a brisk walk. That too will put your body into fat burning mode and wont wear you out as fast. With whatever you do though listen to your body and know your limits. Good luck!

If you don't wanna go that route, try special videos and websites for post baby work outs :)
