I also had a sweetheart, a line with a bolero :) Here she is :) sorry these are sooo big!
@icedchaitea: i LOVE your bolero. so elegant and beautiful! wow...
The website called it a bolero, but it's made of sweater material.
I bought it in this same color, but it turns out the photo was inaccurate. It's more pink than this.
My dress was a Maggie Soterro Sandrina, and the Bolero my friend made for me.

@Ugoob: wow! you look stunning!! would you mind sharing a picture how it looked from the back? my dress is quite similar to yours and i was considering a lace bolero but most people talked me out of it since my dress has no lace at all. thanks to your pictures i'm now reconsidering it.
@MissTatas: LOVE this!!it looks amazing!!
I have considered a bolero, I love how they look and there are so many different ones out there! Guess i have to find my dress first though..!
@beatrice: THANKS! let me tel you something. ALL of my friends whom I mentioned to that I wanted a bolero, said no, I dont think itll look right. But lo and behold they saw it the day of, and they cant stop talking about how well it looked. I wore it for the ceremony and took it off for the reception.
Unfortunately I do not have a pic of the back. The Wedding was literall last Saturday so I only have cell pics from family till they upload more and send them to me.
However I can send you a pic of the back that the model in the pic has?

@Ugoob: thanks! and hey, congratulations mrs Ugoob ;-)))) my dress has a bit a deeper v in the back. well i guess, i just have to try and see how a lace bolero works with my dress.
thanks for sharing this anyway!
@Sschaf: Thank you! I'm a lucky girl because my bolero actually CAME WITH the dress! I was so excited about it! The beading/lace is specifically designed for my dress so it matches quite well. The dress is by Demetrios :) Thank you!
I LOVE your gown! is it Justin Alexander? Did you opt for tea length or full length? Just gorgeous!
Heres the bolero I ended up buying:

thank you, its a tea length.....its a chinese replica but i love it
i can post mine on Sunday! my mom is making one for me out of her old lace wedding dress that she hand made!
I will only be wearing this at the reception as needed. I'm freezing whenever I'm in public, air-conditioned buildings. So I'll most likely put it on during dinner and in between dancing.
I wore my FI's suit jacket for a big part of my sister's reception, so thought I'd get something more attractive for mine. :) Also, this is the same color of the bridesmaid's dresses (and of course my DIY flower brooch.)

I'm wearing a strapless A-line with a sweetheart neckline, and I love the look of boleros. If youre planning to wear a boleros too, show us what you got :)
Please :)
