I don't have any pictures up yet. But here's my mental image and a few inspirational pics. Say hello to one of my kitties, lol
Blanket of rose petals in the wedding colors (cream, peachy and white with pink tips to simulate the champagne pink and champagne colors)
One center focal glass piece. Tall cylindrical vases, apothecary jars, etc. I got them all at TJ Maxx for $5 each. Some I will fill with leftover rose petals and some will be filled with water and floating candles (from Gardenridge, real cheap)
Splattering of tall and short glasses from WAlmart. You know, the kind you buy from Walmart in the 16-glass packs. Put cheap votives from Sam's in there and put some Epsom salt in the base to cover up the ugly metal bottoms.
Sort of a spin off of Mrs. Lemon's DIY Centerpieces but with floating candles and stuff.
Breakdown: about $23 each. I have an excel spreadsheet explaining which glasses go where and the layout and where i bought everything from so a friend of mine can set these up for me and explain my "vision" to my DOC if you want it, lol. It's a little detailed =]
We love succulents and we love candelight. My fiance's Mother is a potter, so she threw our centerpiece for us.
Half of our tables will have the pottery lantern with a candle inside. The other half will have the dish bowls with a succulent arrangement.

I was originally going to do floral centerpieces and order the flowers bulk online, but decided to instead go with something a little easier. I bought a bunch of cylinder glass vases at Marshalls and TJ Maxx (I still need to find 5 or 6 more yikes!) and am going to fill them with sand and a large candle. I am spending my summer gathering shells on the beach whcih will be scattered around. I also bought a bunch of white starfish to lean against the glass vase. I got my inspiration from a table that was set up at a Pottery Barn store. It's not huge and elaborate but I love it :-)
you can see mine if you google "corn" and "centerpieces" or if you go to my wiki page.
