I have a little personal experience with this. I had my baby oct. 1 and was in a wedding Oct. 16. All I did was buy a HUGE ,like 6 sizes too big regular BM dress, and had the thing altered 2 days before the wedding. If she is like most new mom's she will be dropping weight like crazy the first couple weeks after the only thing that suprised me was the boob area so if anything I would make sure that area wasnt constricted in any way.
@BetaBride: Thanks so much for the advice! I'll let her know that she can choose what she'd like but that if she's like to order from Jcrew she can order a MUCH big size. These Jcrew dresses look pretty constricting in the chest are though!
I have two BMs who had their babies about a month ago. One is still fighting to lose weight, the other has a lot of boobage (but always had that somewhat). I wouldn't bank on them to lose most of their weight a month after they've had a baby. At least not from my experience. That's the only advice I have, besides like PP said, get a larger size and find a seamstress who can alter very quickly.
Just another suggestion, Alfred Angelo 7016 is flowy and loose and has great boob coverage.
Thanks for the advice ladies. I don't really care what size she is, I just really want to make sure she is as comfortable as possible. Maybe empire waist dress will be the best for that. Also I would hate to make her feel panicked a couple days before the wedding and depending on the work of a seamstress.
@futuremrshc: thanks for this dress- looks like it could provide good support and be flowy enough to make her comfortable. I'll show her this dress and see what she thinks!

My sister is due in early October and is my MOH. I could not be more happy for her and am so excited to have a new addition to our family.
I want to make sure that she feels comfortable and beautiful on my wedding. She will have just had the baby about 3-4 weeks before my wedding so I wanted to find something a bit loose fitting but that goes with the other BM dress.
Here is what the girls have piced so far in Gray or the Spiced wine colors (3 girls will be in spiced wine 3 in gray) My sister would like to wear Gray. It doesn't have to be Jcrew or short but I was hoping it would silk taffeta. Any suggestions????
