I feel like a post-wedding session should be about the same price as engagement pictures as it's basically the same thing. I've been looking at a lot of photographers for engagement photos and most seemed to be charging around $500.
When I was looking for someone to do our e-pics I narrowed down to 2 ladies.
One quoted $200 an hour and another quoted $500 (for 2-3 hours ish). We ended up not doing e-pics though. But if you're interested please PM me I can send you their info.
I don't know what kind of non-wedding packages she offers, but Zoe of Big Cake wedding Photography did my brother's wedding which was excellent was very reasonable in price, esp by NYC standards. I imagine she'd be flexible on what your needs are: http://bigcakephotography.com/

I really want to do this since our wedding was in Philly and we missed out on cool shots in Central Park, Grand Central, Brooklyn Bridge, etc. I just got a quote from a photographer two of my friends have used and it was $950!!! Yikes!
Does anyone know a photographer who is decent and will do it for less?
Thanks! :)
