Our centerpieces were pretty inexpensive. I bought different vases/pitchers at thrift stores and garage sales, and doilies at an antique store. We bought the flowers wholesale and did them ourselves.
These are going to be our centerpeices. The florist is going to add a 3d look to them
Here you go...
This one is a mock-up our florist did a few months before the wedding, it doesn't include the wine dahlias and hanging votives that the final ones had but you get the idea.
We are going for a fall theme so my inspiration ideas are along those lines
Here's mine! I love wine, my sister loves wine, my sister's neighbors love wine...so we're saving up our wine bottles for the next year and I'm going to get some calla lilies in bulk and slap em in for easy DIY centerpieces.
Here's my inspiration photo:
This is what ours will kind of look like. We'll be putting one or two tins on each table, with one vintage pop bottle that has one rose/flower in it and then also an antique looking mason jar! We have a vintage themed wedding so itll look nice I think!
I'm in love with mine:

we're going to have some grapevine leaves around the base too, to help fill in between the grapes.
I found my DREAM centerpieces thanks to Wedding Bee just now whilst searching for Dahlia pictures to include in an upcoming post on my own blog. It's via Martha Stewart - I've long envisioned a long, family style table with a "runner" style low arrangement all the way down the middle of the table, and the latest fantasy based on that concept was for it to fade from white to dark rich pink and back to white again, super continuously. I had no idea how to describe it to anyone (I'm sure based on the above description it would have been really hard to imagine!) and I didn't really know how it would look or if it was possible. Enter this picture, which literally took my breath away! It's fate! So thank you to whoever posted it here originally (I'll have to look up who that was, I got totally sidetracked the second I set eyes on this)
Now I'll have to start scheming and price it out - something tells me it aint cheap to recreate ; )
Hopefully our centerpieces will turn out like these! Books, candles and all!
These are ours! I started them back in March and I think I only have about 4 more left to do simply because I'm lazy because they are super easy!

@shaydenise: I love the texture that your centerpieces evoke!
Shaydenise those are very cool! (your wedding is on my birthday, btw ; ) Love the balls as vase fillers. Think silk flowers are such a good solution for DIY brides since you can do them in advance and tweak anything you're unahppy with. Where did you get the flowers? If you don't mind my asking, do you know what the finished cost per centerpiece will be for the balls, vases, branches and flowers?

Hi everyone! I need some centrepeice ideas. Would consider both floral and non-floral. Don't really want to spend an arm & a leg on them, but would interested to see some ideas. THANKS BEES
