Not sure about the rest of the country, but it’s chilly, rainy, and windy in the Northeast tonight, and I need some new recipes. I’d rather get them through word of mouth (or keyboard) than just by randomly Googling.
I’ll go first. One of my all-time favorites, and the dish that’s currently bubbling on the stove behind me, is Ina Garten’s French Onion Soup recipe:

I love this Turkey Chili recipe. It’s also from the food network site. I use negra modelo for the beer, triple the chipoltle (we like it hot!), omit the salt and use the hot rotel tomoatoes.
