We buy from a local furniture store, have you looked into the ones in your area? Although it’s from a local mom and pop, all of the furniture we bought is actually Ashley.

Those are many of my favorite stores!  So I’m not sure I have a better idea.  Around here we have some awesome local furniture/decor shops, have you tried just going out shopping to some of those?

i always feel like target has cute pieces of furniture. Nothing too fancy but they have the cutest things and are usually better quality than ikea, although i still love ikea!

Most of our furniture is from Ashley and Rooms to Go.

I mix it up.  Our sofa and such is from American Signature Furniture, Dining pieces are from Pier 1.  Other items are from Ikea and anywhere else I spot something.

I like the ones you posted, and also Basset, Z Gallerie, and Pier 1!

I shop at ZGallerie or World Market for more unique peices. Rooms2Go for standard peices.

We have things we love from Ikea, Pottery Barn, Havertys, Target, and Rooms to Go. We’re kind of all over the place, but they all have nice things, and to me it depends on what pieces you’re looking for.

You listed most of what I was gonna say.  We just bought a couch from Pottery Barn and we would def buy from them again.  The other night my hubby was sitting on the couch and said “this couch was a good choice!”  He’s so cute, lol.  I agree, we love it!!

I also love to look at Arhaus Furniture.  <3  We’ve never bought anything from them (yet!) but they have nice things.  http://www.arhaus.com/

We look at Haverty’s a lot too.  My Grandma has bought a ton from them — very nice quality but thus far we haven’t seen anything that we HAD to have.  We ended up getting our couch from PB but we liked one from Haverty’s too.  We went there recently to look for coffee tables but everything was HUGE!!!!!!  Our apartment wouldn’t fit any of theirs lol…

I also enjoy looking at Marshalls and Pier one.  We haven’t bought a ton of furniture to be honest.  Our bedroom was from IKEA.  We will eventually upgrade to something made with actual wood, lol.  We don’t mind it for now tho.

Also, I’m obsessed with Ballard Design’s website, lol.  I have no clue where they are located but I enjoy browsing on there……a lot of their stuff is very Pottery Barn-ish. Bet ya can’t tell what my fave store is XD

@Mrs.KMM:  How is Ashley furniture priced?  That’s a store I might look into, but there’s no prices on their website.

@AB Bride:  It’s been a while since we bought our furniture there but if I’m remembering right we got a king sized bed, a king mattress, a dresser, a tv stand, and a dining room table and chairs for $3000 or $3500.  I thought the prices were really reasonable (definitely lower than some other places we looked) and the furniture has held up really well even though it has been moved twice!

@Mrs.KMM:  Thanks!  Sounds like a trip there won’t be a waste of time!

We recently bought some furniture from Macy’s Home and are *loving* it – they had a great delivery service, too.
