I made my firt solo turkey last Thanksgiving and it turned out AMAZING. Therefore, I consider this recipe to be idiot proof! 🙂

I’m a little more simple with my turkey. I made my first one last year and everyone raved how moist it was. I followed this recipe but added a tip someone told me long ago; stuff softened butter inbetween the skin and breasts. So juicy!!!

All I do is olive oil, salt, and pepper. Last year it was just Mister, my parents, and I so I just did a turkey breast. My dad would NOT shut up about how it was the best turkey he has EVER tasted. He called it a fluke, so I’m going to have to do it again next year.

@MissGreen: The butter under the skin is the best tip ever! And when you mix a little bit of sage in there…..YUMMY!
