We've booked with Jasalyn Thorne. She works with her husband Jason. They are really nice. We're doing our engagement shoot at the end of June... so hopefully it will go well :)

I have to say that sweetpea photography out of the North Shore is amazing, I have not seen photos more human and touchable. She does a great job of capturing feelings and expressions.
She has done weddings for friends and they always make me hold my breath in awe.

We received our engagement photos from our photog and we're super happy with them. We're one of those camera shunning couples that has almost no photographs of ourselves, so we decided to go for the e-shots. Getting the photos taken was SUPER awkward, at least that's how I felt, but they turned out great with not a hint of self-consciousness apparent. Here they are if you wanna check them out:

I just had my wedding taken by Sae Lee of Sae Lee Portrait Gallery and was very please with the results!
egad: your engagement photos are gorgeous!! You guys don't look self conscious at all. So many adorable shots. I adore melia's photos. She was on my very short list of "possible photographers" for our wedding day (and I still stalk her blog - haha). I love the emotion she is able to capture with her photos.

Thanks for your compliments! We are super glad we went with Melia. Actually, we had initially booked another photographer and while she was the nicest lady and her photos were nice, we didn't LOVE them. We lost our deposit letting her go, but it's a decision we're glad we made.

I just booked my photographer(s)! Yay! We got a good deal, because they are new. 2 sisters. But their work is stunning and they are so nice. I can't wait! The girls are located in Langley. Soltura Photograhy.

We just booked a photo and video Duo team... RAW Photo Studios... in Toronto, Ontario!! i just LOVE there style! the photos are very urban and the video is veru documentary style :)
