With the abundance of wedding-themed pinterest boards out there, let’s shine some light on the fitness/health food boards! I know I use mine to post inspirational quotes, workouts, recipe ideas, and more, and I’m sure you all do, too!

Here’s mine. The Tracey Anderson Erase Arm Flab actually works, I had better definition within a few weeks. I did use heavier weights though…

I do ALOT of these exercises. Basically every day I will go through my board and find something new to do. It really helps me to try something different everyday so I don’t get bored.
My other board is full of fitness quotes that I have to peek at every once in a while when I begin to lose my motivation :-).
I’m definitely following everyone’s boards to keep me motivated!

Great boards, bees. I’m going to follow them for motivation and inspiration. I don’t really have any of those types of boards yet. Thanks!

This doesn’t have recipes, but I just started a Pinterest board, “Lunch Box.” So far, all the pins are from veganlunchbox.blogspot.com, a site I rediscovered today, so they’re all really healthy! I’ll be adding more each day, and adding in bento-style lunches, too.
