My wedding was in September & everything went pretty smoothly.
8:00am -Hair for me & my 3 bridesmaids
10:ooam -Make up (I did mine myself & so did the girls)
12:30pm -Photographer arrives
2:00pm - Limo arrives
2:30pm - CEREMONY
3:30pm - Photos
5:30pm - Arrive at reception venue
6:00pm - Reception Begins
The rest is history

12:45pm Hair and make-up begin for all BM’s (self-serve)
1:00pm Vincent (photographer) arrives at Nana’s
1:00pm Danielle goes to salon (or it comes to her) to get hair done w/veil
2:00pm Tiffy (make-up) arrives at Nana’s
2:15pm Danielle arrives back at Nana’s
2:20pm Tiffy begins make-up on Bride
2:30pm K (photographer) arrives at Groom meet up spot
2:45pm Dressing Bride begins (zip-up pics and such)
3:00pm Groom and Groomsmen and K (photographer) leave via 6train (great pics!!!)
3:00pm Transportation arrives at Nana’s
3:10pm Ladies leave for Conservatory Gardens
3:30pm The seis (Durnick, Dready, DK, Tom) will direct arriving guests to North Terrace
3:30pm Petal “runner” placed by (Sarah- Durnick’s girlfriend)
3:30pm Ed (officiant) arrives at Conservatory Gardens
3:30pm Violinist arrives at Conservatory Gardens
3:45pm- 4:00pm Violinist plays background music softly
3:45pm All parties arrive at Conservatory Gardens and wait in bathrooms
3:55pm Ed takes his place facing North on the North Terace
4:00pm Groom and Best Man take places facing North on North Terrace
4:04pm Violinist is cued to begin processional
4:05pm Processional Begins
4:10pm Ceremony Begins
4:15pm Vows
4:20pm Rings Exchanged
4:25pm Ceremony Commences
4:25pm Recessional Music Begins via bagpipe
4:30pm Someone tells guests to grab a bite and meet us@ Katwalk at 6pm
4:30pm Crepe guys start set-up at Katwalk
4:30pm- 4:45pm Pictures w/immediate fam
4:45pm Immediate fam is dismissed (chosen ones will be taken to Katwalk via limo)
4:45pm- 5:00pm Pictures w/bridal party
5:00pm Chosen fam members arrive at Katwalk and are fed
5:00pm Bridal Party is dismissed
5:15pm Limo returns and pick up bridal party and leave for Katwalk
5:00pm- 5:30pm Pictures of Bride and Groom
5:30pm Band arrives and starts set-up
5:30pm Bridal Party arrives at Katwalk and is fed
5:30pm Photogs take (paid) cab to Katwalk
5:30pm Bride and Groom ride in separate sweet ride to Katwalk
5:45pm Bride and Groom and Photogs arrive at Katwalk and are fed
5:55pm Guests begin arriving
6:00pm Crepe people tear down
6:00pm MIL helps remove Danielle’s veil
6:00- 7:00pm Band plays for first hour of cocktails
6:10pm Bridal Party is announced
6:15pm Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Beickert are announced
6:15-7:00pm Everyone gets a drink and Bride and Groom go around thanking EVERYONE
7:00pm First dance “whatever it is” via Ipod
7:02pm Everyone joins in on dance
7:05pm Father Daughter Dance
7:09pm Mother Son Dance
7:13pm ….Dancing continued….
7:25pm Money Dance
7:30pm Boquet toss
7:35pm Garter toss
7:40pm Good luck per inch up the leg? –Depending on who it is
7:45pm CupCake “cutting” and Danielle and Ryan’s thank you toast
8:00pm Toasts Begin (Bob)
8:30pm -9:30pm Finger Foods are served
10:00pm Open Bar is over
10:30pm Reception concludes
11:00pm- 4:00am After Party at the Hotel Gansevoort Rooftop
wake up and eat breakfast
10:30-11:00 massage
11:00 hair and makeup people come for me and my bridesmaids (but i just hung out and watched for a while because i wanted to be done last)
12:00 photographer comes and dad brings in lunch
2:30 finished with hair and makeup and get jewelry and dress on
3:00 first look
3:10 family pictures
4:00 ketubah signing ceremony
4:30 wedding ceremony
5:00 more pictures/cocktail hour
6:30 dinner
everything after just happened when it happened.
Here is what I'm thinking:
8-9 yoga (My yoga teacher said she can do it and will do it for free!!!!!)
9-10:30 breakfast
10:30-11:30 hair at salon
11:30-1:00 hang out with girls and eat lunch, start getting ready, makeup artist too
1:00-2:00 continue haning out and getting ready with photos now too
2:00-2:30 first look
3:00 ceremony
5:00 cocktail reception
6:30 grand entrance, first dance, speeches too
7:00 dinner

Part of my job as a photographer is to help my clients with their time-line. Here are some things to consider.
Hair (ALWAYS) takes longer then you think it's going to make sure to give yourself a little room in here.
Receiving lines are time hogs. Always double what you think you will need for this or choose to greet your guests at the reception.
Don't want your guest to wait for you between the ceremony and reception do a first look and get all the portraits knocked out before the ceremony. Or at least get you with your girls and family and his with GM and family done beforehand (usually only works if everyone is at the same location or you have two photographers).
If you plan on doing any outside photos make sure you know where the sun is going to be. Bad planning can mean you don't have any light left for outdoor photos and noon is the absolute worst time (and least flattering) to photograph. The closer to sunrise/ sunset the better the light is. Just make sure you give yourself enough time that if things run long you wont run out of light.
