This was us on our party bus from ceremony to reception. My MOH was elegantly serenading me with her rendition of “Sweet Child o’ Mine” and apparantly we hit a bump and I didn’t want to spill beer on my dress.

Haha, to this day, our favorite moment:

Friend/Officiant (Deputy for a day): “Do you take pengoala to be your spouse?”

*silence*

Him: “Oh wait, that was it? Usually there’s more!”

*silence* *looks at me with big eyes*

Him: “Oh shit. I mean..I do.”

This is what followed:

And when it was my turn, I threw in this line:

“Well, now I feel like I should take my time.”

I don’t have a photo to post, but during our in-home ceremony last month, I noticed the crowd’s attention being diverted to the kitchen, where, our beautiful cake table was the center attraction…..right before I said my vows I addressed the crowd and said “what?! What is going on out there?!” and turned around, just in time, to see the top layer of my wedding cake literally falling over, and sinking into the middle layer, which was a raspberry filled coconut cream and not sturdy enough to hold the top layer!!!

We all laughed for a minute, my mom and the baker, jumped up, ran over and propped the cake up so we could finish our ceremony without distraction.

Ordinarily this is something that would have sent me reeling, but, it makes the ceremony slightly more rememberable, and we all laughed, really hard!

And despite its cosmetic and structural deficiencies, that cake was seriously the most delicious cake ever, we all agreed!!!

Our blooper would be my face while walking back down the aisle captured. I am making a face (I thought I was smiling but) you could see inside of my month. I basically photobombed my husband’s beautiful pictures. I’m pretty disappointed!!!

@SoonToBee2013:  It’s pretty bad, I can’t post it LOL. I showed it to my mother today and she said there’s no trace of a gracefully smiling bride. In fact, my photos capture my huge laughing and giggling face the entire time. I should have been more aware of what kind of face I’m making! My posed photos are nice though…because I was aware of it. lol

@gramgeek:  I bet there are millions of brides they wish they had some “real” pictures of their happiness! And since you have some posed photos as well, I wouldnt be sad 🙂 I would love to see your pics though 🙂
