last week 123.2, this week 122.8, down only 0.4lbs ~ My wedding is in 10 days, now it’s crunch time

I am down .5 lb from last week to 132. Although it isn’t a great loss, I’m still pleased — 3 lb overall since we started this! Likely had to do with SO picking up pints of Ben & Jerry’s this weekend and insisting I have one so he didn’t feel bad about eating his…lol.

My weight is 185.7, so I’m down 1.6 since last week. I’m still hoping to add some exercise into my routing this week.

This week 142

I’ve lost another lb this week! Woo! I’ve been doing well at losing one a week. I haven’t worked out lately, but I have been staying under my calories just by eating better. I know if I worked out in conjunction wiwth that I would be losing more weight each week. I’m just trying not to burn myself out. But this week I will start getting back on the treadmill each day. I like the feeling the treadmill gives me, I just need to remember that. If I canget these last 2 stubborn lbs off then I will be feeling really good!

nutmeg5512:  i’m up to 139. boo. i’m trying to keep in mind that i’ve started weight training again, so i should expect some gains…but still. i need to take my measurements as that is usually a better indicator. i’m proud of you ladies’ victories though!! 🙂 keep up the great work!

I didn’t lose any weight this week. I can feel myself getting stronger though, so I think I might just be gaining muscle? I’m trying not to let it discourage me.

Wahhhhhh!!! I’m exactly the same!!! I don’t get it, I went to the gym multiple times and counted calories and NOTHING. I need to work out what I’m doing wrong here….

-0.5lb this week. would have liked more but a loss is a loss. going to try and stick to slimming world 100% this week and try and get a couple of sessions at the pool in too. want at least a 2lb loss next week!

Finally purchased a new scale after the old one broke weighing in at 138.6. I forget what I was before but I think it’s down just ever so slightly.
