Hi guys! post your "wow" showstopper dresses! the more unique/out there the better!
Here it is... my dress is "Vogue Royale" by Maggie Sottero.
Can't wait to put it on!! :)

wow amazing work!!!! i think i'm going for this one, but not sure if i should keep the yellow or go for the pink version... thoughts?
@arousa1979nyc: I think this dress in pink would be fierce! It kind of reminds me of the one Gwen Stefani wore. It takes a bold bride to pull something like this off but if you're even considering it, I bet you're definitely bold enough! When it comes to the Wow-Factor, this has it!
@arousa1979nyc: love your dress! i would say pink but that might be a little to gwen/ maybe. Wonder if they did it in green. (swoon)

This dress probably seems way too plain for many of you, however it had the "WOW" factor I was looking for. This is my dad and I walking down the aisle :) My dress is La Sposa Fanal.
actually bissel, i have to say i said wow when i saw your dress too. i think though it's the whole package rather than the "trendiness" of the package. you look like a jacquiline basset or society bride. beautiful!
Haven't bought it yet because I'm worried it may be too much wow for me, but I'm strongly considering this for my reception dress. I want a very traditional ceremony dress so I wanted to try and go all out with my reception (still not sure). It's jules by monique lhuillier.

my dress made me (and my mom) say wow... You can't really tell from these pictures, but there are these streamer things coming off the back with flowers attached to them. It's Augusta Jones, Serafina.

smith2be: i think that's an awesome dress! but be careful about how it looks. i've seen it before and i think it's great, but the whole "block" bottom is difficult if you are not stick thin, have you seen marchesa's short dresses? also very avantegarde!
Maybe not as WOW as some others, but I love the clean look of this, simple, classic, and a tid-bit retro!
Oh, and I'll have a hair flower and birdcage veil instead of the traditional veil shown in the pic above... with some chunky pearls for a necklace, and pearl drop earrings... AND PURPLE SHOES! :)
@arousa1979nyc - I'm pretty stick thin, as in most people tell me I need a sandwhich 
I've always been the gangly girl, I get it from my mom! And I love marchesa's dresses!! I own a few but more simple ones w/o so much structure as Jules.
smith2be: im so jealous! if i had a stick thin figure, i'd show off every bit of it! marchesa has a gorgeous short dress and also lanvin i think on net-a-porter.com
as your wedding is in the spring, a short dress might be nice... but i'd still consider if you are having a very formal party or not... also remember, many girls will be wearing short dresses to the wedding, you want to make sure to stand out!
My ceremony dress (Lazaro LZ3002) was the only one that gave me the "wow" feeling amongst 100+ dresses I tried on.

I love seeing everyone's dresses! Both of these dresses made me say "wow" but I think the 1st has more of a wow/elegance factor so I'm leaning towards that..plus it's silk!
What are your thoughts?

I'm hoping to wow them in this! Well, at least to me it's a wow dress, but I don't do bling so this was about as wow as it could get :)

@artwyopie: and @delight: Thanks ladies! Of course, I am not nearly as tall as the model pictured, but I'll be sporting 4 in heels for the ceremony to make up for it.
