(Closed) Postlude music- who’s doing it?

no you aren’t!!  postlude music is a great idea…people are excited after the ceremony and love having that “feel good” music to enjoy as they are waiting to be dismissed.  

are you having live musicians or a cd?

for the weddings i have done, i’m yours and lucky (jason mraz) have been popular…or for country, songs like life is a highway (rascal flatts)…

i think whatever is most meaningful to the couple is always the most fun 🙂

we are walking back down the aisle to a michael buble song. but we were thinking about postlude music to, and he’s a pirate from pirates of the caribbean came to mind! its perfect cause its dramatic and it was one of the first movies we saw together.

As a matter of fact, I just met with the organist/pianist who will be playing at our church ceremony.  Our postlude will probably be Ode to Joy and Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring, with special instructions to keep it up-tempo.  (No secular music in our church.)
