That is what i feel like this morning. I am usually not one for road rage or to get irritated in traffic, but holy cow! It took me over half an hour to go the last 5 exits on my commute to work. So obviously i was super late! There was an accident (didn’t look like anyone was hurt) and they closed down two lanes…on a 3 lane freeway! I left my protein shake (my breakfast) in the car and im hungry! My coworker who covers my lunch is out so no lunch breaks for me, i suppose do get overtime though!
Post your vents below – however silly, like mine, or serious. As the hit song from Frozen would say “let it go, let it gooooooooooo”

leisha606: I’m a foster mom for a few cats and have bitched about a few of them before, I do it to myself because I keep fostering but how can you say no to a cat?! I have a new story from this morning.
I got a new batch of cats after 3 were adopted last weekend (on my bday weekend – yay!). These new cats seem particularly traumatized by moving homes and obviously haven’t experienced much in life and are terrified. I checked on them at 630am and they were hiding, but seemed just fine. I usually don’t check on them again before leaving work but I just had a feeling and did…. one of them is IN THE CEILING. And another is wedged just completely horribly under my stairs, I didn’t know if I could get him out or if he could get himself out. I called my parents crying asking for help because I thought the cat was going to die, finally get him out and I have to burn rubber to get to work on time.
So thankful for my parents, they brought over their dog’s XL cage for these poor babes to spend the rest of their time in until they’re feeling brave enough to come out without trying to hide themselves in suicidal areas.
UGH. Feels like a Monday!

My company just underwent a big reorganization and got rid of a ton of positions in our team. This was in January. The new organization was supposed to be live yesterday but I still have no freaking clue what my new role is or whose stuff I’m supposed to be covering now (since we lost a bunch of people, I’m assuming everyone will have to take on some more work). So until someone tells me otherwise, I’m just going to continue to sit on my ass doing what I did before and shrugging innocently if anyone asks me about X project or Y project because hey, nobody told me I am supposed to be responsible for that. This company sometimes completely baffles me with how it’s run, considering it’s one of the top of its’ kind in the world.
