The only thing I don’t like is the font. Too many serifs for me, but I think that’s because it’s in all caps. Other than that I think it looks great!

I like it.  And I think it goes great with your theme.  Is you colour scheme black and white too? If not, I find the contrast a little harsh.  Perhaps use a dark grey (or even a navy) or print onto ivory/cream cardstock?

I agree with PP – the fonts aren’t quite right yet. I’d also do something other than the polka dots personally, it looks a little odd against the swirlyness (is that a word??) of the wonderful roses. I’d also perhaps consider a calligraphy font.

All that said, I’d be thrilled to find this invite on my door matt, it’s beautiful!

I like the polka dots. I also like the fonts, but I think maybe using a sans-serif font instead of the serif one could look better, but idk. I definitely wouldn’t do a swirly font, but I hate those on invitations in general because of how difficult they often are to read.

hmm, maybe add some gold edging or somehting for a little bit of pop? It fits with the colour scheme…

The design/layout itself is simple and pretty, and I quite like it! However, I would change:

    • The polka dot background. It lends nothing to the simplicity and boldness of the dark blocks with the text and makes it look too busy. I think the design would have more effect without the dots.
    • The black blocks aren’t the same width, and it drives my eyes crazy!
    • The deco font. It doesn’t pair with the classic serif at all. If you are going to have a deco/Gatsby/20’s era/etc. feel to your wedding and feel compelled to have a deco font, then try to find another complimenting typeface for your block text. Otherwise, I would opt for a pretty calligraphy script to use for your names!

I don’t think the font matches the floral motif, just as marischo said above.  I also suggest adding your last names.

It’s lovely, but your font is a tiny bit blocky! Don’t fully change to a whole different font family (cursive, etc), just play around with some more petite forms of block fonts!
