Same problem here, if you jsut keep hitting refresh eventually it'll go through!

Yep my page just keeps refreshing and refreshing but I keep getting the same message that to many people are trying to access the site right now.
They send those letters out in waves so everyone else in your grouping is probably overloading the system. I would try back tomorrow morning and it should work perfectly. I had exactly the same problem when signing on for the first time.
I also suggest opening it in its own browser, not as a tab. Or in a separate internet browser entirely if you can.
@organizedbride11: I have been trying to do this site for almost a hour and I am only on Book 1 chapter 2... thinking about giving it a break and trying it out again later...

I think the site is slowly getting a little better! I'm 87% through with an awakening potion and haven't gotten kicked off yet today (knock on wood). I'm AurorAvis2, a very proud Ravenclaw and will add you ladies!
