I had no idea you could stillg et pregnant if your tubes were tied?! Prayers your way, stay calm and relax.
@MsBrewer: it's not 100%- i think my consent for the surgery said around 94% maybe? I know at least 3 post-tubal babies lol.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I'm heading to the hospital for bloodwork and praying for the best. Knowing that other people are thinking about us and praying for us has calmed me down a lot. Thanks :)
I'll pray for you! don't know if it makes you feel better, but my friend's tubes grew back together...3 times. I didn't know it was possible for them to do it before.

FWIW, my Mother had two babies once her tubes were tied (including me!), so, there is a real possibility that you can have a healthy baby :)

Thanks so much ladies. I ended up leaving work early tonight and going to the ER for severe stomach pain and nausea/vomiting. After another blood test and an ultrasound, it was quite obvious that I had a false positive this morning. The only thing of concern is that my pain is not any better and they couldn't see my left ovary on the ultrasounds. Hoping that my OB/GYN has some answers in the morning. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I definitely felt them today :)

Hi ladies. Today has been a complete emotional roller coaster for me- my period was late so I took an at-home pregnancy test and it came back positive. Not a problem except for the fact that I had my tubes tied 2 years ago after we had our youngest daughter. Now I'm spotting a little and since I'm at an increased risk for an ectopic pregnancy, I'm extremely emotional. I'm going in today to get some blood work done and I am praying for one of 2 things- either that this was a false alarm (since we are not quite ready for a third baby right now), or that IF it's a real positive that my baby is okay and it's not ectopic. Prayers, thoughts, anything positive sent our way would be so greatly appreciated.
