Hi Bees!
I have already posted on the waiting board, but thought I would post again here with another ring piccy because I'm SO excited!!
SO asked me today while we were down at the beach walking our doggy. We are currently on holidays at my parent's house and he asked my dad before we went down (Dad approved!)
He got down on one knee and I can't remember how I replied, but I think I said "ohmygod REALLY!?" haha.
It was beautiful and the ring is PERFECT. He picked it out all by himself and my jaw seriously dropped. How does a boy even pick something so perfect on his own?! We had talked about ring styles I liked before but he threw it all out the window and picked something he loved. And boy does he love it, he's staring at it just as much as I am!!
He custom designed it from a similar ring he saw in the store, so he's pretty proud of himself. Bless him :)
Our close friends and his family know now, but my extended family will find out tomorrow when we have our Christmas dinner. I can't wait for my dad to announce it at the table :) :)
We are already looking at venues and I'm crossing my fingers for a wedding in late October 2012 (our spring.) Bring on the planning I say!
