I have the Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea DVD and I really like it (I did it almost everyday with my last pregnancy and intend to start that up again with this pregnancy). There's different steps and examples for each trimester so you don't have to worry about over doing it.
I also really like the Shiva Rea DVD. I did the DVD two days before I went into labor! It really helped me with back pain and it also seemed to help me sleep better.
I'm borrowing a DVD from my friend who teaches prenatal yoga. I'll let you know what it is and what I think of it (after I watch it!)
@Heatherloveskenny: @MsDownwardDog: Thanks! It has good reviews online... it's nice to hear two people mention the same one!
@Goldilocks1107: Yes! Definitely let me know!
THANKS LADIES!
@Heatherloveskenny: I used this same one a few times, it was okay. But I definitely like Crunch: Yoga Mama better (streams free through netflix).

Does anyone have a specific pre-natal yoga DVD that they recommend?
