i believe it's last, at least that's how we're doing it...although I believe if you're having a flower girl the order is MOH, flower girl, then bride. But we're not having a flower girl.
that makes sense if they come in and fill out the ends into the middle...
The bridesmaids and groomsmen in come in first, then the MOH and BM, then the ring bearer, then the flower girls and finally the bride and her father.
