Maybe it’s just hormones.  I haven’t felt guilty about a thing! And you are going to need a lot of help the further along you get, so try to work on feeling comfortable when people go out of their way to help you. =)

I don’t feel guilty at all either!  Help is always welcome and we all have to get used to asking for it.  Plus, as the months go on, we’re all going to need it.

It’s not uncommon to experience some symptoms of anxiety while you are pregnant. I would get bouts of it throughout the pregnancy and after the delivery. This sounds very similar to what you are experiencing. I would worry and feel excessively bad about things that were really very small. It should subside on its own but if it gets too bad then you should talk to your doctor about it.

Sorry that you are having to deal with this but I will warn you that mine got worse after the delivery. I had very mild post partum symptoms, a few crying bouts induced more by lack of sleep, but the anxiety was really annoying.

Just be prepared for it and make sure you talk to someone if it gets to be too much. It really helped me to talk to my husband about it and I usually felt much better once I talked about it.
